1 Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by YouMissed.gg Software Company ("YouMissed.gg," "YouMissed," "We," or "Us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify YouMissed.gg immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share the loader or any files related to YouMissed.gg with anyone.
• Attempt or threaten to crack, bypass, or otherwise circumvent any security measures.
• Share or sell your login details or key.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

4 Payments and Refunds

For some of our products your subscription will automatically renew each month, and you authorize YouMissed.gg to charge your payment method until you cancel. If using automatic payment at that time, for our automatically renewing subscriptions you will be clearly told prior to your purchase.

Refunds are not provided unless your physical hardware is not capable of starting and obtaining basic functionality of the software. "Basic functionality" is defined as the software's ability to successfully read memory from the target process or as the software's ability to perform its advertised task.

A "Lifetime" purchase establishes a minimum 18-month term, granting perpetual access to the product until discontinued. If discontinued before the 18-month term expires, you may be eligible for a partial refund, the amount of which is determined at our sole discretion.

5 Termination

YouMissed.gg may terminate your account and access to the services if you violate these Terms. Termination may result in a ban from future purchases without a refund.

6 Limitation of Liability

YouMissed.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, Germany and the United States, without regard to their conflict of law principles.
